About

Kimberly McMahon

As co-founder of Let’s Move, LLC (now part of the WayForth family), Kim had the privilege of growing a team which helped more than 7,000 individuals and families relocate with ease. She’s also extremely proud to have helped dozens of talented women re-enter the workforce or jumpstart first-time careers after being stay-at-home moms. Almost every Let’s Move team member was a stay-at-home mom for 18-20 years; today they are successful sales and home organization professionals. It’s a mission she’ll continue to pursue as COO of WayForth.

Before co-founding Let’s Move, Kim served as strategic sales director and operations director for Lucent Technologies, and oversaw operations and marketing for AT&T. As past president of the National Association of Senior Move Managers, Kim crafted and led an Ethics Compliance Program and spearheaded the development of the industry standards most of today’s senior move managers are held to.
